New York Pickleball Club is looking for a friendly, reliable Front Desk Operations team member to be the face of our club. Responsibilities include greeting members, managing check-ins and reservations, answering phones, and supporting daily club operations. Ideal candidates are personable, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being part of an energetic sports and social environment.
Responsibilities
Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner
Manage member check-ins, court reservations, and scheduling
Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
Process memberships, payments, and retail transactions
Assist with daily opening and closing procedures
Support events, leagues, and special programming as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
Communicate effectively with staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Comfortable using booking systems, POS systems, and basic computer software
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Interest in pickleball or sports/fitness is a plus (but not required)
